Stanhope: Weardale Methodist Church Hall DL13 2UP. Wednesdays 10.00-11.30

Suitable for all abilities including complete beginners.

£8 per session ( bookings only at the beginning of each block of lessons)

( Some classes have spaces and can be booked at £10 per session)

Summer Yoga 2024

We had 2 lovely sessions outside in Harehope Quarry. Enjoying the peace and wildlife and the fire pit. Hopefully some more sessions to come. Watch this space!
